The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop sitting area was a great amenity. I used it daily. The reception personnel, especially Grace and Umberto, were extra helpful to me. The hotel location is amazing for walking to sights.

I noticed some wear in the bathroom, though the facilities were otherwise excellent.

My room was spacious and bright with plenty of natural light. The modern bathroom had excellent features. Cleanliness was maintained at a very high level. The rooms were cleaned twice daily.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was super helpful with directions, and they even recommend a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was good, and offered a wide variety of options.

The gym is somewhat limited in equipment, so it got crowded during peak hours.
